In order to keep our records up to date would all Members and
Non-members, Please fill out a Personal Details form.
The Minimum details required are:
Your name , Emergency contact details and any Medical Issues that
are important.
Your e-mail address is useful when the club is sending out information.
Please give all completed forms to the Membership
Secretary (Toggy) or Hand in to the Reception Point on a wenesday night.
